MEMBERS RULES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS |

No one like rules, however, in order to
persuade the council to keep the slipway open, Mumbles Jet Ski Club MUST
maintain these rules and where broken, be seen to act upon them to dicipline
its members.
None of these rules are new to most people, they are common
sense and make the area a safer and
more enjoyable place to be for the majority
of us. |

The facilities at the club are provided for members only,
Guests are permitted to use the facilities only when accompanied by a member. |

Only club members and their jetbikes /jet ski’s registered
to M.J.C. shall be permitted to use the facilities. |

All members / owners must hold a minimum of a third party
insurance for their craft and all operators of the watercraft must be named
on that policy. |

PW’S riders must carry a spotter back to back to the
rider of the craft whilst towing water-skiers, knee boards and inflatables
at all times |
| 5 |
A watercraft users including passengers on the jetbikes /jet
ski’s or any towables must wear a buoyancy aid at all times. |

All local bye laws and maritime laws must be adhered to at
all times.

I would like to convey my
thanks to all members and their guests for conducting theirselves in the
proper manner and complying with the clubs code of conduct.

THOSE MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS WHO FAIL
TO COMPLY TO THE RULES OF THE CLUB WILL FACE DISCIPLINERY ACTION
ANY BREACH OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
